Return and Refund Policy

 At Peltier Computing, we’re committed to delivering high-performance custom PCs that meet your needs and exceed expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns:


  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
     
  • The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
     
  • Custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the configuration.
     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

Non-Returnable Items:


  • PCs damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage.
     
  • Software licenses or digital downloads.
     
  • Special orders or heavily customized builds (unless defective).
     

Return Process:


  1. Contact our support team at Support@PeltierComputing.com or in our discord server to request a return authorization.
     
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for securely packaging and shipping the item back.
     
  3. Upon inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
     

Defective or Damaged Products:
If your PC arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—either through repair, replacement, or refund.
